Just wanted to let you know I'm finally feeling about 98% back to full health and energy (except when it's zapped by this unbearbly hot weather we're having!) Because of that, you'll be seeing lots of new stuff coming out in the next few weeks or so. Please send me any and all feedback on what you see. I can't tell you just how much it helps!
In peace, love and gratitude.

First, thanks to all of the subscribers and visitors to the website who have helped me get clear about what my next f/ree product should be. I'm pleased to announce that of the 6 titles shown below, the majority of respondents selected "Allowing Abundance" as the topic they'd most like to see. THANK YOU!
I'm sure it will take a while before you see the final offering (probably in the form of a "Special Report") available to all visitors to my site. As I mentioned, this will be separate from the f/ree ebook you get for subscribing to The 3 Minute Coach.
Your participation and guidance in this matter is most appreciated!
Very often, when people are focused on becoming their best self and living their best life, they believe that the only way to reach their goals is to stay emotion-free. Because of this, they fight down any urge towards expressing emotion. We might think this isn't a bad idea for negative emotions, but the self that controls this action knows that the only way to stop negative emotions is to stop all emotions. This is a very unhealthy situation.
When one starts to feel guilty when a negative emotion 'escapes', it is very helpful to remember my favorite quote, by Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, "We are not human beings on a spiritual journey. We are spiritual beings on a human journey." To me, that quote means that we are not supposed to stifle our feelings in the hopes of being more 'saintly'. We are supposed to achieve spiritual fulfillment by living our human existence to the max, exploring all of our feelings on this earthly journey. As strange as it may sound, it's the only way to get where we want to go. It's the only true way of becoming our best self!
I first became aware of this lesson many years ago, when a friend kept telling everyone proudly that he never got angry. The more I thought about this, the more true I thought it was. He never did "get" angry, but only because he was angry all the time, which showed up in many passive aggressive activities. This was a valuable lesson as it taught me that, no matter how hard we try, the only real release from negative emotions is to express them. The best thing we can do for ourselves when feeling, angry, disappointed, mad, peeved, hurt, etc. is to allow ourselves to feel it.
I realize that the idea of expressing these emotions will scare some people. For the most part, we feel the emotion so intensely we are afraid that if we express it, it will take over and consume us, that we will become unbearable monsters that are unable to be stopped. I certainly recognize that fear, but the truth is that the best way to let go of an emotion is to let it out. This will surprise many people but I recommend you try it. To ease some fears, set a kitchen timer for 5 minutes. Then, alone or with another, start expressing that anger or other emotion. Just keep going until you run out of steam. The first thing that will amaze you is that you still have time to go until the 5 minutes are up. The second thing that will amaze you is that there is a hole where that negative emotion used to live. I hope you'll give this a try. You'll quickly experience the reality of the situation: that you are stronger than any emotion you feel.
As you become comfortable with expressing your negative feelings, you will soon realize that it doesn't really matter how often you get angry (etc.). It only matters how long you stay there! Here's to have the shortest tantrums possible!
