Background
Over 20 years in university , corporate and small business environments. Roles have included strategic development, management, end user application development and programming, budget/financial management, and project management. Over 30 years of informal and formal coaching experience. The qualities which have contributed to success in all of these areas include: ability to see the big picture, think outside the box, strong intuition, excellent communication skills and outstanding coaching abilities. I have a passion for helping others find their inner wisdom, truth and power as well as a strong commitment to the success of my clients.
Bachelor's Degree (1971, Kutztown University, PA) and Master's level courses in Psychology (1975-1977, Millersville State College, PA). As a graduate of Coach University, I have also received training in advanced coaching techniques from the first virtual university and still the most comprehensive and effective training programs for new and experienced coaches.
