Primarily, I use a two-pronged approach and the most successful clients work both areas simultaneously. We identify the blocks to success and work to eliminate those blocks using a variety of techniques and formats. At the same time, the client takes concrete actions towards achieving their goals. I offer a number of different coaching formats with corresponding fees and levels of investment. You may start at any level that is comfortable for you both pace-wise and investment-wise. You may always change to another program as progress is made and your coaching needs change. Just a note though: There is usually a direct correlation between the frequency of our sessions and the speed of changes in your life. All change is good, however and YOU get to dictate the pace, regardless of how often we talk. Just think, this time next month you could be seeing visible change in multiple areas of your life!!

EMERALD PACKAGE - $210 per month

This is the most popular choice and is a great value. Meaningful, life-changing progress can be made weekly. Most people find that the Emerald package is a worthwhile -- and do-able -- investment in themselves. For just $210, you will receive:

Three 45-minute scheduled phone calls (usually 1 a week for 3 weeks, but can be scheduled over a longer period)
Interim email support
Additional 'check-in' phone calls as needed
Access to a wide variety of assessments and resources
Access to Client-Only section of the website

RUBY PACKAGE - $150 per month

This is a great option for exceedingly busy people or an economical way to get started. For just $150, you will receive:

Two 45-minute scheduled phone calls (usually on alternating weeks or can be scheduled over a longer period)

Access to a wide variety of assessments and resources
Access to Client-Only section of the website

After significant progress has been made, this is a great way to stay in top form. For just $80, you will receive:

Everything stated above, except you pay 7% of your net monthly take home for 2 sessions or 4% for 1 session per month.
