3 Ways to Relax (#12)
1. Put a crystal on your computer. Crystals, particularly clear of smoky quartz, help to absorb the damaging electro-magnetic radiation produced by electrical equipment. Select a crystal that appeals to you. Cleanse it by leaving it in water for 24 hours, then place it on or in front of your computer. Remember to cleanse it every month or so.
2. Don’t swallow a compliment: speak it as soon as the thought occurs to you. To hold back praise is tantamount to undervaluing someone.
3. Write a “have done” list. This is a valuable antidote to ever-increasing “to do” lists, which can trigger anxiety and feelings of being overwhelmed. By making a note of each task you’ve completed, you’ll see how productivelty you’ve spent your time, and your self-esteem will grow accordingly and allow you to relax.
