In any given moment, we are the culmination of all experiences, beliefs, relationships and life perspectives we’ve had up to the moment right before this one. So, while we work towards becoming our best self, we must remember that we’re pretty good right now!
Coaching Questions
- Relax and affirm that you’ve always done the very best that you could.
- Identify the personal qualities of your personality that you’re really proud of and list them.
- Identify one area of your life or your self that you’d like to improve, that you’d like to move further along the road to being your best self.
- Identify 3 action steps you can take in the next week to help bring that area to the next level.
- Do it!
