Difference between valuing your time and being afraid of losing it.
There is quite a difference between valuing your time and being afraid of losing it.
To value time means to appreciate the time you’re given, to feel grateful for every second of every day.
When you are afraid of losing time, you are always looking for more. There is a sense of scarcity which creates additional overwhelm and throws you off-base. The more off-base you become, the less you are able to effectively use the time you have.
For most people, we actually have all the time we NEED. The problem arises when we are focused on the time we WANT. If you can stay tuned into what you need, and be grateful for the time you get, I think you’ll be surprised at how much more time you find in your life. Life will become peaceful for you, and that fosters a sense of abundance.
In every way, it’s a win-win for you!
