That&#039;s such an important point. Books that change our perspectives and our lives need to be read and reread.  Each time we should get one more nugget to incorporate into our lives.  

Also an easy way I remember this distinction is that leaders lead people and managers manage projects and systems.  It helps me stay clear as to what I &#039;should&#039; be doing at different times!</description>

I just finished reading John Maxwell&#039;s book. It is a good read, but I think I will need to read it at least two or three more times to get it all. It has a lot of information that will take time to absorb.
